Eligibility for Exchange:

We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Product Received is Incorrect: If you received a product that was different from what you ordered.
  2. Expired Product: If the product received is expired or past its expiration date.

How to Request an Exchange:

Exchange Process:

  1. Once we receive the returned product, we will verify the issue (incorrect product or expired item).
  2. If eligible, we will process your exchange promptly.
    • If we have the correct or unexpired product in stock, we will ship the new item to you.
    • If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a store credit for the value of the product.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
  • The product must be returned along with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Only products that were either incorrectly shipped or expired at the time of delivery are eligible for exchange.

Important Notes:

  • No Returns, Only Exchanges: We do not accept returns for products that are not expired or incorrect.
  • Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (incorrect or expired product).
